Healthy for Family

If your family loves chocolate, you can buy some chocolate coated sunflower seeds which will satisfy the chocolate cravings while loading your family up on Vitamin E, B1, B5, magnesium, copper and phosphorus. You also can buy raw sunflower seeds, salted, unsalted or dry roasted. Dried fruit is another great thing to have on hand in the snack cupboard. Not only can you buy dried cherries but also dried bananas, apricots, peaches, apples and pineapple. Dried fruit can also be purchased quite cheaply online and you can make these dried fruits even more irresistible to your family by setting out dried fruit and nut baskets or bowls for your family to nibble on whenever they wish.
Many people enjoy making their own healthy cereals with dried fruit and nuts they purchase in bulk. Your family counts on you to provide them with healthy food and snacks so be proactive and promote healthy eating at home by offering healthy snacks instead of giving them empty calories and tons of sugar.
If your family loves chocolate, you can buy some chocolate coated sunflower seeds which will satisfy the chocolate cravings while loading your family up on Vitamin E, B1, B5, magnesium, copper and phosphorus. Keeping a family healthy can be a tough job. It is not enough just to wash hands though. Teach kids to wet their hands and then soap and scrub their hands while they sing Happy Birthday twice. Hand sanitizer can be an effective germ killer as well. It doesn't hurt to give your family vitamin supplements as well, especially extra Vitamin C. Sleep! If someone sneezes into their hand and then touches a doorknob or faucet, that surface is now covered with germs. Clean and sanitize the surfaces in your home on a regular basis, and daily if someone is sick. Stay Home! If you do get sick, stay home! If you practice these few tips you will have a healthier family.

Caring for Twins

To care for twins, contrary to popular belief, is not double the work as it may seem. In fact, caring for twins is just some more work compared to caring for one baby. Walking the baby
Later preparing food for the baby
The work load is the same, whether you care for twins or for one baby.
Where the stress of caring for twins comes in is at feeding time, when one baby starts to cry and the other pitches in. If you are attentive to your baby's needs, you will recognize when baby Number One stirs and wants to start eating. Giving your twins equal amounts of attention will be a balancing act. There is an amazing phenomenon a mother will soon start to recognize when caring for twins (or for more than one kid). One thing you need to know about twins. If you've gotten boy-and-girl twins, one of the twins may not be able to procreate. The same seems to apply to humans (boy-and-girl twins).
To care for twins is a richly rewarding and fulfilling experience.
This potential shortcoming haunts all parents - but for full-time mothers of twins, the guilt can be paralyzing.
It is not uncommon that mothers of twins find themselves homebound after enjoying the comparative freedom of being a working wife. Then there's the issue of "quality time" - if she's home alone with the twins, the mother is just too busy looking after them to initiate any significant interaction. Be prepared.
If you find you're expecting twins, start building a support network right away. Find out which of your family, friends, and neighbors can help with laundry, errands, emergency babysitting, late-night feedings, or just playing with your twins while you take a nap.
Consult local social agencies, and the Internet provides a galaxy of resources for parents of twins (including ways to save money).
You're quite human, and caring for twins should be considered quite a superhuman task.

Good Food for Babies

All new mommies and even the seasoned ones want their children to eat good wholesome foods. When processing your own baby food you will have the satisfaction of knowing that the wee little ones are eating good healthy food, and this will carry them through life. Well, if you take away the processed food you are giving your children now, pre mixed foods, candy and junk food; one might be able to afford at least fresh fruits and vegetables.
When making your own baby food, look for the freshest fruits and vegetables you can find. Some will refuse to eat mashed peas but then love mashed broccoli.
Food is one of the most vital things that babies must have regularly. Babies must be fed according to their needs. Most parents start to give their babies solid foods when they turn 6 months. For your 9 month old baby, you can give the following foods:
EGGS
You can give eggs to your babies by this time.
OATMEAL
Babies would surely want to eat oatmeal.
CHEESE AND YOGURT
Cheese is a healthy food and is very rich in Calcium. Yogurt is also very popular among babies. This is a very nutritious food that you can give to your baby. You can add slices of fruits to make it more healthy for your baby.
Sandwiches are very good for your baby.
 PASTA, RICE, POTATO
You can mash rice with vegetables and give it to your baby. Pasta will be good with mixed vegetables. You can use food processors to do this. Food is vital for the growth of your baby.

surprise for your wife

Surprising your wife on Mothers Day is often a daunting task because unlike birthdays or anniversaries Mothers Day gifts aren't supposed to be romantic, they are supposed to show appreciation for the woman who takes care of your children.
Most men think that helping the kids out with their gifts is enough and they don't have to get a separate gift for the wife. Here are five easy ways men can show their appreciation for their wives on Mother's day.
Sleeping in
Although it sounds trivial and people think it's overrated but mothers really do get less sleep. A word of caution here is that breakfast in bed shouldn't be cold cereal and coffee. Take the time to make a real Mothers Day meal, something nourishing and tasty like pancakes and waffles or something decadent like
mother's day fruit basket filled with fruit and chocolate.
Clean the house
A day off from chores is something that any woman would love. Whether your wife works or is a stay at home mom, her weekends are always dedicated to chores like laundry or ironing. If you're prone to getting tongue tied try writing a nice letter on a page with a printed header that says 'Letter of Appreciation for a Great Mother'. As far as Mothers Day gifts go, a lot of people think that a spa experience is a good idea when actually it isn't because women like to spend mother's day with the family as opposed to by themselves. Try getting her a gift like a fruit bouquet that comes with chocolate sauce or anything that combines fruit and chocolate. Women don't usually admit that they'd like a Mothers Day gift from their spouse but men don't like to admit that not being acknowledged on Father's day makes them feel bad. Let's take a look at a few unique wedding proposal ideas that you might want to use.
There really are no limits on wedding proposal ideas as long as you have the resources to carry them out.
Another unique way of proposing is at the movie theater. Valentine's Day is the day to express your love and love definitely does not come with an attached price tag. Here are some ideas to help you in planning a great surprise for your loved one without spending too much.

You can leave hand written notes on a fancy paper, decorate them with trimmings like lace, ribbons, and decorate them with small hearts made by felt pen. A great surprise for your spouse as there is a personal touch to it.
2. Write a long love letter
Revive the lost art of writing a love letter. Now pour your heart on to the letter pad

In fact if you are little familiar with cooking and baking you can even bake delicious chocolates in your home.
5. Musical card or e-card
A musical card with a romantic song will surely get you some points and touch their hearts.
 6. Plan for a movie
Book the tickets for an evening show of a romantic movie or get the DVD at home. Brew some nice coffee and popcorn and cuddle with your love for a romantic evening
 7. Stuffed animal
Women just love those cute looking cuddly teddy bears. And if those stuffed animals have some romantic messages like 'be my valentine' or 'I Love You' written on them, then be assured that you have hit a jackpot with your lady love.
8. Candies
9. Home cooked meal
Nothing can beat a home cooked meal. Surprise your spouse with your culinary skills.

14. Sexy lingerie
15. Framed picture
This one is really easy and all you will need is a nice picture of yourself and your spouse, get a nice frame (you can get a heart shape frame) put the picture in it and voila your framed picture is ready to be gifted to your spouse.

Fishing With The Family

We recently planned a fishing trip with my brother his wife and their kids. We used to go fishing together when we were kids. I told him that he could get the rod and Reel together for all three for around 100.00 plus fishing line and tackle. It's very well made and has landed many a big fish both salt and fresh water. A good feature to have for letting the fish run before setting the hook.
My brother managed to land a two foot sand shark while we were wade fishing at the beach and he is hooked on fishing again. France is a country that has a wonderful variety of fishing from the North through to the South and caters for fly fishing, course and game fishing on a wide range of rivers and lakes. Carp fishing, cat fishing, not forgetting course and pike fishing are just some of the holidays that you can enjoy in France and whilst some places cater for the dedicated angler, others are more family orientated with accommodation and activities for the non fishers.
There are several types of fishing holiday available and for trout fishing, you would need to book from around the middle to end of March up until around the first week of September, which is the only time frame you are allowed to fish for trout in France.
Every country has numerous different regulations and France is no exception, with specific rules in place for what type of fish you can catch, when you are allowed to catch certain species of fish and what equipment you are allowed to fish with.
You must have a fishing licence to fish in rivers, streams and lakes throughout France unless these are privately owned or booked as a fishing holiday where the fishing licence requirements are normally included, but it is advisable to check this out before you travel!
If you need to obtain your own fishing permit, these can usually be obtained from the local fishing tackle shop or alternatively from the local bar or tobac. When it comes to catfish and carp fishing, you can get a licence to do this in the local rivers or public lakes, but the majority of people will want to opt for a carp fishing holiday on a dedicated lake. Also, night fishing is prohibited in a lot of places in France, but when on a private fishing lake, or if with the correct licence on certain waters, this can be allowed. If not, then you can only fish half hour after sunrise to half hour before sunset. Fly fishing for salmon and trout is available in lots of public canals and navigable rivers but as with most countries, these will also contain other fish such as Pike, so beware!

Travelling with Family at Gunung Rinjani, Indonesia

Indonesia is located in the Ring of Fire and Gunung Rinjani at 3,726 m is the 2nd highest volcanic peak in Indonesia.
Gunung Rinjani is an active volcano in Indonesia, on the island of Lombok. All the fishes in the crater died.
Gunung Rinjani is surrounded by fields growing rice, soybeans, coffee, tobacco, cotton, cinnamon, and vanilla. Gunung Rinjani is well-known for its spectacular crater lake as well as the small cone in the center of the caldera, which looks like a "crater within a crater". The trek to the summit is covered with volcanic ashes. The a crater within the crater lake, greenery from the surrounding forest, and the clear blue sea from the distance, put together a picturesque view. The crater lake is the destination of thousand of pilgrims who place offerings in the water and bathe away disease in the hot springs. A neighbouring island of Bali, Lombok, Indonesia is now attracting more tourists for its pristine beaches and affordable attractions. Lombok's pristine white beaches, especially those in the Island's southwestern area, are quieter than Bali's busy coasts. Kuta, different from Bali's Kuta, offers pure white sands to visitors. Desert Point or Bangko-bangko is a great place to surf. Sea kayaking is also another activity to enjoy. Aside from the coast, locals and visitors can enjoy the northern and mountainous part of the tropical haven. There are also mountain villages to visit and one of the popular places to visit in Lombok is Mount Rinjani. Mount Rinjani is a gigantic 12, 000 foot volcano. Often, there are two-day trek scheduled and guided by the locals for adventurous locals and tourists.
Aside from the sceneries and natural wonders of the island, visitors can always enjoy food and festivities in the island. The word "lombok" translates to chilli. Marine or sea worms are caught, roasted and eaten.
For souvenirs, there are numerous shops in the island. Local textile and fabric like sarongs and woven items are great for taking home. There are also figurines and local pottery available. Tourists can easily find money changers in the island. There is also a museum, temple complex and several tourist hot spots to visit. Tourists don't have to worry about travelling around the island, since transportation is readily available. Visitors can also rent cars and motorcycles.

Enjoy Travelling With Family

Travelling with children can indeed be both a blessing and a nightmare, depending on your perspective and your approach. The success of travelling with children most of all comes down to preparation. Travelling with children can be so rewarding that it becomes a very valuable experience to both children and grown-ups. In some countries where children play a more central role in the everyday life of people, children can actually bring you closer to the local population. It can also be interesting to see how children live and grow up in other countries, which can be a rewarding experience for the whole family, especially for the children who get a more extended perspective of life. So it is not necessary to cancel the family holidays just because a new baby or small children have entered the family.
Perhaps collect them in a small backpack together with some of the favourite toys from home, so the child also feels some familiarities.
Also make sure to consider the child's comfort. If travelling with a small baby, you can book seats with space to put a cot that will be attached to the wall. Travelling with children can be such a great experience for the whole family and will surely be a topic of discussion and memory sharing for years ahead. Enjoy the holidays and enjoy the time of feeling free together with the family.
Travelling long distance in the car with kids can be stressful. Here are tips and checklist for safe and fun long distance car travel with young kids.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Kids can create and generate lot of mess. Purchase scented garbage bags from dollar store. If baby is on bottle or using jar food, keep disposable bottle liners and utensils
Health: While travelling and particularly with kids, one can forget to take care of health. Keep nuts and dry fruits handy to munch.

First Child

Take a Class in Childbirth or Parenting.Generations ago, most children were born at home. Families were large and most older children helped their parents to take care of the younger siblings in the family. Today, some parents have never held a baby or seen a baby before they have their own child. If you are thinking about having a baby, you should be thinking about your finances. Find A Pediatrician For Your Child
Then, choose the doctor that will fit best with your family. Purchase the Essentials
You may decide to breastfeed your baby, or you may decide to bottle feed your baby. If you are breastfeeding, you might wish to read up on the subject before your baby arrives or take a class in breastfeeding. If you are bottle feeding, you will want to choose a bottle type.
Of course, preparing for the arrival of a baby can take some time.According to so many marriage experts, the most common problem in being a parent is the problem of dealing with the birth of the first child?
It is very easy to understand why such problems come across. Before the first child is born, the wife pays undivided attention to his husband. The new baby becomes the priority now. Husbands should understand the situation and help their partners accordingly.
For example, husband can help his wife in her daily life work so that the work is completed before time and they can manage to give some time daily.

about my husband

I sometimes hear from wives who are so disappointed in their husband's attitude after they have caught him cheating or having an affair. I heard from a wife who said: "I caught my husband having an affair two weeks ago. Yesterday, I told my husband that I didn't know if I would be able to forgive him any time soon. Why would he not even want my forgiveness if he says he wants to save our marriage? Sometimes, A Husband's Downplaying The Need For Forgiveness Is Either Posturing Or A Defense Mechanism: I have to tell you that many men will claim they don't want or need your forgiveness when in fact this is not true. Many husbands will posture when they are put in this position. How To Handle It When Your Husband Says He Doesn't Want Your Forgiveness For The Affair: As I see it, you have two decent choices. A suggested script might be something like: "well that works out then because I don't intend to offer my forgiveness until it is earned. I know that both of us need some time and I am willing to give you that. People often change their minds and their strategies as time passes and anger and defensiveness begins to wane.
My own husband was very liberal with his pleas for forgiveness after his affair. But honestly, to me, a husband's actions and behaviors are much more important than his words. If you truly love your husband then you need to follow these moves on how to make your husband comeback to your weary arms again.
Do not get hysterical
Once your husband walks out of the door, hysteria and panic are sure to walk right in. You should control your emotions since being hysterical will only drive your husband away.
Your husband is sure to respect you if you respect yourself and display self-confidence while also remaining calm and collected at the same time.
The love of your husband would not have died completely. Even if you do meet your husband, exchange a few niceties and move on. You should get a good job, work on a hobby or project, and basically handle each day with positive fortitude to win the respect of your husband.
Your husband will not only kick himself for walking out of that door but will also get jealous as he notices other suitors walking towards that door in a bid to impress you.
If need be, apologize, but do not grovel
You should certainly apologize if you have seriously erred but retain your dignity by not groveling.
Wait for him to initiate the reunion
Instead of begging for a reunion, carry on with your cordial relationship until your husband can no longer bear to be without you.

Baby Boomers

With over 77 million baby boomers comprising approximately 28% of the U.S. population, this generation represents an enormous potential for volunteers. Aside from being the largest demographic in terms of numbers, baby boomers also represent the highest volunteer rate of any generational age group. Even as baby boomers approach retirement, their desire to contribute to their communities does not waver. What Motivates Boomers to Volunteer? Before we dive deeper into the discussion of ways to attract baby boomers to your organization, we must first understand why they volunteer. In order to keep boomers engaged, volunteer managers must resist the temptation to fill unskilled or lower-level positions with volunteers who are eager to contribute at a higher level. Providing a meaningful and challenging experience is crucial to attracting and keeping baby boomers involved. Rethinking Volunteer Management - Tips for Attracting and Retaining Baby Boomer Volunteers. For organizations looking to attract boomer volunteers, there are some important things to keep in mind to ensure your volunteer environment appeals to the needs of this generation. Provide a Meaningful Volunteer Experience. Baby boomers will seek out organizations where they can use their skills and know-how to positively impact society. Some organizations are even beginning to place baby boomer volunteers in key areas such as strategic planning, program development, information technology, and training/education.

Establishing a professional working relationship with boomers can result in a win-win situation for both the nonprofit and the individual volunteer.

Offer Different Levels of Time Commitment. Remember, boomers are busy people. Likewise, consider offering family volunteer opportunities that allow them make a difference and, at the same time, spend valuable time with family.

Baby boomers don't see themselves as "aging". Rather, boomers view retirement as a time to pursue new interests and do things they never before had time for. television or book

OR

Reading books will take your child on adventures and expand their imagination. Buy your children new books often.
Our children will be the the future leaders of our planet. Prepare your children for a great future by teaching them the value of books, the imagination, and curiosity. Buying ebooks for your children online is another great way for them to expand their knowledge. A very good price for knowledge. There are also many readers available at reasonable prices that will hold hundreds of books at once. In the future, children books might not even be books at all. Imagine the speed that a book could be read at this rate. Teach them to read early, help them develop their imagination, and keep buying them books.
I've heard everything from exercising more, to spending more quality time with my kids, to watching less television or managing "screen time" more effectively.
Television is second nature in many homes and changing how much we watch, or when we watch, changes the structure of our home. What really matters is that we set achievable limits for ourselves and for our children. Some possible reasons are: losing weight, less violent programming, having more quality time together or fostering creative play. Let everyone in the family help decide where the limits should be set. Second, designate a space in your house as a television-free zone. Fill this space with creative toys which allow children to use their imagination and experience adventure. Third, set a specific time for family members to watch TV. Most of all enjoy the opportunity to experience your child's imagination through play.

beautiful world is healthy family

In today's busy world, it can be tough making healthy choices and keeping everyone you love safe. A healthy home means you have termite and pest control in hand, using safe termite bait if necessary. Many people turn to pills to solve a variety of health issues. If your child or you face minor ailments, do your best to deal with them without medication. What your family eats is important, so feed them healthy, whole foods that are cooked in your home. If you have children, make it a point to explain to them the importance of eating healthy foods and staying healthy as life goes on. Teach your children to combine healthy eating with daily exercise and activity. Finally, to help your family lead a safe and healthy life, teach your kids common sense. Help kids realize that there are consequences to their behavior and if they want to be healthy, they need to make healthy choices.
Learning the ins and outs of healthy eating for kids will go a long way toward teaching children proper eating habits, the cornerstone of lifelong health and nutrition. What are your kids drinking? All children love juice and soda, but they're both loaded with empty calories. Cut out processed, breaded meats like chicken nuggets and fishsticks and replace them with lean meats (chicken breasts, fish filet, lean steaks). Fruits, vegetables and proteins are a key part of healthy eating for kids because they take longer to digest. Kids feel fuller, so they eat fewer unhealthy carbs and do much less snacking.
Speaking of snacking...
Today's kids are snacking more than ever and still eating three full meals a day. Limit your children's snacking, and make sure they're getting the right kind of snacks. By learning the fundamentals of healthy eating for kids, you're setting your family on the path to a lifetime of happiness and good health.
