Good Food for Babies

All new mommies and even the seasoned ones want their children to eat good wholesome foods. When processing your own baby food you will have the satisfaction of knowing that the wee little ones are eating good healthy food, and this will carry them through life. Well, if you take away the processed food you are giving your children now, pre mixed foods, candy and junk food; one might be able to afford at least fresh fruits and vegetables.
When making your own baby food, look for the freshest fruits and vegetables you can find. Some will refuse to eat mashed peas but then love mashed broccoli.
Food is one of the most vital things that babies must have regularly. Babies must be fed according to their needs. Most parents start to give their babies solid foods when they turn 6 months. For your 9 month old baby, you can give the following foods:
EGGS
You can give eggs to your babies by this time.
OATMEAL
Babies would surely want to eat oatmeal.
CHEESE AND YOGURT
Cheese is a healthy food and is very rich in Calcium. Yogurt is also very popular among babies. This is a very nutritious food that you can give to your baby. You can add slices of fruits to make it more healthy for your baby.
Sandwiches are very good for your baby.
 PASTA, RICE, POTATO
You can mash rice with vegetables and give it to your baby. Pasta will be good with mixed vegetables. You can use food processors to do this. Food is vital for the growth of your baby.
